Build your application request, then open a prepared email to STS. Repeat orders can reference a prior design and revision.

Barrel design & order details

Known design? Include its reference. New design? Add measured dimensions and send annotated photos or CAD with your email.

Measure outside diameter at the intended insulation surface, including the heater assembly. Provide axial positions from one clearly marked datum on your drawing.

Dimensions are an intake record, not an approved drawing. STS confirms fit, design revision, price and lead time before order acceptance.
